  1. Digitizing: A specialized digitized stitch file is created with doubled stitch density to fully cover and compress the foam.
  2. Foam Placement: After stitching a flat outline, a piece of 2mm or 3mm foam is placed over the design area.
  3. Dense Stitching: The machine sews over the foam with dense satin stitches, “cutting” the foam and locking it beneath the thread.
  4. Finishing: Excess foam is torn away, and any remaining bits can be shrunk with a gentle heat pass to ensure clean edges.
